The Ministry of internal Affairs introduced the revised draft on the admission of citizens to management of vehicles. Medium trucks (from 3.5 to 7.5 tonnes) (subcategory C1);
Small buses (type of Gazelle) (subcategory D1);
The average truck with a trailer (category C1E);
A small bus with a trailer (category D1E)
During the course of this examination the candidate in the drivers tested the following skills the control vehicle of the relevant category or subcategory:
a) turn the vehicle in a limited space (with limited width of the carriageway) using reverse gear;
b) setting the vehicle into the Parking space when driving in reverse is rotated 90°;
C) formulation of the vehicle into the Parking space parallel to the sidewalk (the edge of the roadway) when moving in reverse.

What will be new routes during the practical exam in the traffic police after the lifting platform?
Also in the text there is the following section: “Requirements and conducted practical exams.” He refers to the practical examination for the right to drive vehicles of category “B”, “C”, “D”, “BE”, “CE” and “DE” and the subcategory “C1”, “D1”, “C1E” and “D1E”.
As we noted earlier, in the case of lifting platforms, a part of exercises to test the driving skills will be transferred to the practical exam in the city. The bill says that the route used to conduct the practical examination for the right to drive vehicles of the aforementioned categories, must contain a certain set of elements ulichno-a road network, traffic signs and road markings, as well as to provide the possibility of performance of the candidate in drivers mandatory actions on the instructions of the examiner with the observance of traffic rules.
It should be possible to perform the required maneuvers described in paragraph 14. That is, various left and right turns, u-turns, travel the railway crossing (if there is one in town) and various advancing and overtaking and hill starting. All of these requirements and not only should be ensured though not completely, but enough.
And to perform certain maneuvers (primarily trucks and cars with trailers) should be used indoor Playground and track, including automated site with a solid surface and limited movement of other vehicles and pedestrians, and (or) roads low-traffic sections, dead end roads, mostly outside the residential development.
Routes are developed for the categories and subcategories of vehicles for the right to control which division of the state traffic Inspectorate, the conduct of practical exams, subject areas of this division and contain the list of roads and streets (their areas) and areas which are practical exams.
Information about the approved routes are available on the official website of the State inspection of safety of traffic of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the information telecommunication network “Internet” (the traffic police.of the Russian Federation) and on the Bulletin boards of its subsidiaries.

What is the term retake exam in case of failure?
Theoretical re-examination is appointed not earlier than 7 and no later than 30 calendar days, and a second practical exam is not earlier than 7 and no later than 60 calendar days from the date of the previous relevant examination.
For candidates for drivers who do not pass one of the tests with the third and subsequent attempts, re-examination is appointed not earlier than 1 and not later than 3 months from the date of the previous.
In case of absence of candidates for the drivers for the exam on the appointed day the appointment of the re-examination shall be calculated from the date of application of the candidate in drivers in a division of the state traffic Inspectorate.
