The big sedan BMW 7-Series , which premiered on April 20, received the first special version. A variant called First Edition, featuring the maximum set of equipment, was prepared for the Japanese market.

The main feature of the interior of the BMW 7-Series First Edition is a huge 31.3-inch 8K display in the rear. Passengers can control the functionality of the media system using special 5.5-inch tablets integrated into the doors.

In addition, heated, ventilated and massage rear seats, a panoramic sunroof, and a 40-speaker Bowers & Wilkins audio system are standard equipment.

In Japan, the flagship BMW sedan in the First Edition will be available with a 3.0-liter gasoline six-cylinder twin-turbo engine developing 380 hp. and 520 Nm of torque. In addition, the model is offered in an all-electric i7 modification with two units that produce a total of 544 forces and 744 Newton meters. Such a sedan is gaining a “hundred” in 4.7 seconds, and its maximum speed is forcibly limited at around 240 km / h.

Prices for the petrol version of the flagship sedan will start at 17.2 million yen, and the i7 electric car will cost at least 19 million yen.
