Hyundai, during a live broadcast on its YouTube channel, accidentally showed the exterior of the updated Palisade flagship crossover , which will premiere on Wednesday, April 13, as part of the New York Motor Show. As a result, the video was removed, but Carscoops managed to save a picture of the car.
The model will differ from its predecessor by a new rectangular grille, a chrome front bumper, as well as modified optics with large vertical L-shaped elements of diode daytime running lights. In addition, the crossover will receive rims of a new design.
The cabin is expected to have a different steering wheel and an upgraded front panel with a touchscreen infotainment system enlarged to 12.3 inches.
As for the technical part, a new 2.5-liter gasoline supercharged unit can be added to the range of engines, which will replace the current naturally aspirated 3.8-liter V6 engine. On different models of the brands Hyundai and Kia, the new supercharged engine develops from 280 to 304 horsepower.
