Hyundai introduced the updated crossover Palisade
At the New York Auto Show, the upgraded flagship crossover of the South Korean brand debuted, which received a modified appearance and new equipment.

Hyundai showed the updated flagship Palisade crossover. The public premiere of the car took place as part of the New York International Auto Show.
The model received a significantly changed appearance with a massive new rectangular grille and separate headlights with new graphics, and a modernized bumper appeared at the rear. In addition, the crossover has got exterior mirrors with automatic dimming and new 20-inch wheels.
As for the interior, there is a new touchscreen multimedia display, the diagonal of which has increased from 10.25 to 12 inches, as well as another four-spoke steering wheel. Plus, the cabin has new front seats with airbags, which were previously only available for models of the premium Genesis brand. Finally, the upgraded Palisade is the first Hyundai model to receive a digital interior mirror that can display the image from the rear view camera.
Other features include a wireless charging station for smartphones, the power of which has increased from 5 to 15 watts, USB-C connectors for gadgets, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and a new digital key. The latter will allow the owner of the iPhone, Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy devices to remotely open and close the car, as well as control some of its functions.
The technical component of Hyundai’s flagship crossover has not changed. The Palisade will be available with a non-alternative 3.8-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine developing 295 hp. and 355 Nm of torque. The engine works together with an eight-speed automatic transmission. There are modifications with both front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive.
US sales of the facelifted Hyundai Palisade will begin in the summer of 2022. Prices for cars have not yet been named.
