Crossover Geely Atlas Pro will receive a new version in the style of Lexus and Lada

Chinese crossover Geely Atlas Pro will soon acquire a new version. Based on the first images , the car will receive an X-shaped front end in the style of Lexus models. A similar design option is also used on some Lada cars.

The SUV will be equipped with a large black radiator grill and aggressive bumpers. Judging by the images, this is where the changes to the exterior of the crossover end. Also, the technical characteristics of the Geely Atlas Pro have remained the same. On the local market, this car is offered with a 1.8-liter gasoline turbo engine with a capacity of 184 horsepower. The engine works in conjunction with a seven-speed robotic gearbox.

The official premiere of the new modification Geely Atlas Pro with the prefix X in the name will take place on August 27. Whether the new product will appear on sale in other countries is still unknown.

Geely Atlas Pro for Russia is equipped with an uncontested 1.5-liter gasoline turbo unit, which works together with a 7-speed robotic gearbox with two clutches and an all-wheel drive system. The powertrain is a mild hybrid, paired with a 48-volt starter-generator for an additional 50 Nm of torque.

It is possible that later the crossover will also receive a cheaper version. Such a modification of the car will lose the hybrid makeweight.
