Edible names of machines
The names of cars, coinciding with the names of edible products
It was so easy! Machine get the names of animals, cities, assign them alphanumeric names, invent non-existent words. There are cars with names of emotions and planets. But there is one category that very rarely gets on the hood of the car. Is food and drinks. I love a challenge, so I decided to find all the cars, the title of which found something to eat or drink. So, here is my menu.
Before we proceed directly to the list — a few comments. I didn’t think the names of animals and fish. Although you could eat the meat of Mustang (Mustang), Marlin (Marlin) or to taste a scarab (Scarab), but I didn’t count names such as food or beverage. I also know that Sbarro is a pizza chain, but these names I have not included in the list.
What I needed was the names of food, drinks, fruits and vegetables, spices, something like that. These are things that we usually send in his mouth, chew and swallow, and then they are metabolized in our body.
I think I could miss something, so if you know the car with the name of the food or beverage, write in the comments!
1. Hot Dog
This weird but cool model of the Ford Fiesta is a fast version of the regular Fiesta and it looks quite interesting. This car inspired me to composing this list, because the name “hot dog” for the machine perfect and terrible at the same time.
This triple car. British, late 80’s. If you had a laptop and this machine, you surely would stand theme for Windows “Tent hot dogs”.
2. Nissan Cherry
Cherry, perhaps the most common “edible” name for the car. Outside of Japan and some other markets the car has received a more prosaic name Pulsar or just F10.
3. Porter (porter’s beer)
In our case, Porter is a type of dark beer, so the machine is on my list.
4. Sage (sage)
Paul Sage (Paul Sage) is a car manufacturer from Paris, who worked in the period from 1900 to 1906. His company used a two – or four-cylinder engines from different manufacturers. In addition, sage is translated as “sage”, a fragrant spice that can be eaten.
5. Suzuki Cappuccino
Cappuccino is probably the second most popular name for a car after the Nissan Cherry. Cappuccino is a compact Roadster from the class of kei cars and the kind of coffee.
6. Alldays & Onions
That’s what I like the most. Just imagine what a pleasure it is to answer the question, what do you drive: “I? I have “All days and onions” 1913″.
Imagine the expression on people’s faces when they try to translate and understand that you just said. Although the name sounds as good as the onion.
7. American Chocolate
Yes, you read that right: American Chocolate once produced cars. Later, the company changed its name to Walter when owner William Walter (William Walter) somehow suddenly realized that the title to the car manufacturer “American chocolate” puts buyers in a deadlock.
8. Toyota Crown Royal Series
Crown Royal is a whiskey name? Then, all right.
9. Nissan S-Cargo
If you need another reason to love weird and wonderful line of “themed” cars Nissan, then here is the reason. Its name S-Cargo it received from the French acronym of the word escargot — a snail. The French love to cook and eat.
I can’t believe the list to recruit as many as 9 cars. This is more than I expected. Write in the comments what “edible” names of the machines you remember.
